Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders placed through playunspeakablethings.com, operated by Unspeakable Games LLC.

Processing Time

We're a small husband and wife operation. Orders ship twice a week, usually on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Timeframe

We ship within the United States via USPS (First Class / Ground). Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union member countries via international mail or courier service. Estimated international delivery is 10–21 business days after processing, and may take longer depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or high volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order within the United States. U.S. orders over $50 ship free. This free-shipping threshold applies to U.S. orders only. International shipping costs vary by destination and order size and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet Packaging

We ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address appears as Unspeakable Games LLC, and we do not include any reference to the product or its nature on the outside of the package.

However, discreet packaging cannot guarantee that a package will not be inspected, delayed, damaged, opened, misplaced, or otherwise affected by a carrier, government authority, building staff, household member, or other third party during transit or delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

This also applies to international orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees were not settled with the carrier or customs authority.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and all European Union member countries. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

The price shown at checkout for international orders does not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or customs fees. These charges, if any, are set by the destination country and are collected from you by the carrier or customs authority — typically at or shortly before delivery. Unspeakable Games LLC does not collect or remit these charges on your behalf, and we are not able to predict or control their amount. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such charges.

International orders may also be subject to additional processing time for customs clearance, which is outside of our control.
