Return Policy

We want you to love Unspeakable Things. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, undamaged products. Damaged or defective items are covered within the same window, at no cost to you.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't shipped or entered fulfillment. Email hello@playunspeakablethings.com with your order number. After that window, or once your order ships, the return terms below apply. We do not currently accept preorders.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, email hello@playunspeakablethings.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Ship the item back unopened in its original packaging; once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Exchanges are subject to availability. We can't accept returns on opened items (unless defective on arrival) or anything returned after 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you once it's processed.
